Development Programs

Various development programs are structured to support you in the different stages of your career development.

New Agent Development Program

This one-year program for newly recruited insurance consultants mainly focuses on fundamental industry knowledge, marketing and selling skills, and activity management. The program also includes an insurance intermediary qualifying examination revision course and a professional sales refreshment course.

Experienced Agent Development Program

This intensive two-year program is targeted towards insurance consultants that have one year or more of industry experience. The program aims to refresh and consolidate the experience of these consultants through training in areas of industry knowledge, selling skills, personal attitude and habits. There are a great variety of core and elective courses, including financial / industry knowledge and personal development, so as to meet the different needs and interests of the consultants. Scholarships for courses provided by the Life Underwriter Training Council (LUTC) to acquire the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) will be granted upon completion of the first year of the program.

Manager Development Program

This is an intensive, all-round training program for insurance consultants who have prepared themselves for management positions. Various kinds of courses are available for both junior and experienced managers. Participants will have more in-depth training with regard to people management skills. Apart from in-house training programs, courses offered by industry international organizations such as the Chartered Insurance Agency Management (CIAM) of the Life Insurance Marketing & Research Association (LIMRA) will be included.
