Business Associate (BA) is designed for high caliber individuals with the experience of a supervising and managerial role.  Backed by GOLD system, a new BA will be encouraged to devote 100% to the sale of various insurance and financial planning solution, and to start recruiting with the recruitment identity granted to them.  All of these opportunities are supported by specially designed training programs, and the mentoring practices of agency.

Requirements

• Three years of working experience, and immediate subordinate preferred
• Career objective in agency team development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
